Getting Started
Your journey begins on the IBBE Careers homepage. The main navigation is designed to be minimal and distraction-free.
To access the portal, simply click the "Candidate Login" button located on the right side of the navigation bar.
Creating Your Account
If you are a new candidate, select the "Create One" option on the login screen to begin the onboarding process.
The sign-up form requires the following verified details:
- Full Name: Your real, legal name.
- Email: We check if this is real, so no typos!
- Password: Pick something secure.

The Live Photo
During signup, we require a securely captured Live Photo to verify your identity.
Why is it compulsory? It protects you and us from identity fraud. It ensures fairness in hiring, proving that you are the person applying. Your photo is securely stored and never shared.
How to do it: Center your face in the oval on the screen and click "Capture". Make sure you have good lighting!
Completing Your Profile
After signing up, you'll be taken to your Candidate Profile. This is where you tell us your story.
- Resume: Click "Upload PDF" and attach your resume.
- Aadhaar Document: Upload an image of your Aadhaar for official verification.
Real-time Status: Your verification status will automatically update from Pending to Verified without requiring you to refresh the page.

Applying is 1-Click
Once your profile is saved, visit the Jobs Board.
At the bottom of any job page, since your profile is already complete, all you do is click the "Apply in 1-Click" button. The application is instantly submitted.
Already applied? No worries! The button will simply say "View Application" so you can easily jump to your profile and track your status.

Return to your Candidate Profile at any time. You will see a real-time list of every role you have applied for, and its current status progressing from Reviewing to an Offer.
